Can I really specify the dimensions for Length, Width and Height?
Yes, this is one of the big benefits of the Connect planter lines. On excessively large dimensions, a factory rep would work with you on specifics.
What are your lead times for Connect Planters?
Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks, however, on large projects we recommend booking your order as early as possible to ensure a timely delivery.
Can we do special finish options other than powder coating?
Yes, there are many options, including vertical wood slats. Our team is here to assist you on this.
Can drainage be added to Connect Planters?
Yes, drain holes can be added or, a drain pipe can be added to direct the water to a specific spot to eliminate staining the floor below. We do recommend that all interior planters be watertight unless there is a floor drain below.
How do your Connect Planters ship?
Connect planters are typically very bulky, which requires them to ship via truck lines. Lift Gate and Inside deliveries can be arranged.
If you are ordering plants with the planters, the Green Oasis team or one of our national partners will deliver and install in your space.
Can we change the radius of the curved planters to follow our reception benching?
Yes, that can also be customized to your design.
Do the planters allow for drainage?
Because the are custom planters, drainage can be handled with a few different methods. From simple overflow holes to “plumbed” filtered drainage.
All exterior planters require drainage for successful planting. Connect Planters used indoors would typically be water-tight to prevent water damage.
Can we finish the Connect Planters in a Corten finish?
Because of the construction of these planters, unfortunately not. However, we do have a powder coat finish that looks very similar to Corten and is a whole lot cleaner for you and anyone who might brush up against the planters. (Until the Corten process is fully complete, it will leave rust stains if you brush against it)
Can lighting and speakers be installed with the planters?
Lighting and Speakers are a great addition to planters in areas where people collaborate or meet.

What is your return policy for Connect Planters
Because these planters are custom made to your size specifications, returns are not accepted.
Although, we do stand behind our work 100%, if there is an issue we will either fix it or send a replacement.
