Pillsbury Law’s Austin office called for a biophilic program that would complement its polished architecture and modern workplace environment. Greenery was envisioned as a consistent spatial layer, moving from reception and shared gathering areas through meeting rooms, private offices, and the outdoor terrace.
A mix of architectural plants, textural foliage, and coordinated planter groupings brings softness and visual rhythm to the office while creating a natural connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
As part of its complimentary Interior Plantscape Consulting service, Green Oasis’s in-house designers and horticultural specialists curated a cohesive plant and planter package across five zones. Statement plants anchor the reception, while built-in planters add foliage along the corridors and cafe area. Freestanding groupings carry the plantings into meeting rooms and open workspaces, while native, drought-tolerant species support the terrace environment. Planter styles, finishes, and plant selections were tailored to complement each area’s design, environmental conditions, and maintenance requirements.
