Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks, with regular updates from the Green Oasis team. Special-order planters may require additional time.
Yes, our minimum service fee is $150 per month for guaranteed plant maintenance.
The level of service remains the same. Whether you lease or own the plants, your greenery is fully guaranteed.
Technicians typically visit every two weeks, though high-traffic or specialized environments may require weekly visits.
While pests like gnats can occur, our team is trained to proactively monitor and treat issues using proprietary methods and specialized products.
We address plant replacements and pest concerns within 48 hours—a core commitment of the Green Oasis Creed.
Our POD Living Wall System minimizes the need for plant replacements, but occasional swaps are necessary to maintain optimal plant health and aesthetics.
We ensure a seamless transition. If you lease your plants, we can match your existing design or enhance it with a fresh, updated approach. If you own your plants, our team will simply take over the care with minimal disruption.
Our in-house team of designers make the process effortless. Ideally, we would tour your space, assess lighting conditions, and discuss your design objectives to create a tailored proposal. If an on-site visit isn’t possible, we can also develop a design based on floor plans, photos, or video walkthroughs.
